Suzanne S Phenomenal.   Who knew it was possible to be so happy with a carpet repair and service professional?    One of the owners promptly responded to our phone call, gave an accurate (and reasonable) quote, and was polite, friendly, and informative when they came to the house.    In addition to performing two fantastic service calls (one repair, one cleaning), they also talked to me at length about how to treat various stains going forward, and offered to send me follow up emails with all of the information.     My carpets have never looked better after a cleaning, and the price was right.    Would highly recommend to others. They took the rug away for a week or so and it came back in beautiful condition. The furniture was also fantastic (done in home). I was most impressed with how knowledgeable the guy who came over was (I believe he was a Sweeney). He seemed to know everything about carpets. I highly recommend.
